- browser-harness — a ~600-line CDP harness that lets an AI agent drive a real browser and extend its own tools mid-task.
Day job
Since 2018 I've been at Phoenix Bioinformatics, the nonprofit that runs TAIR — the reference genomics database for plant biology, used by researchers worldwide. I led TAIR's migration from a legacy monolith to modern cloud architecture, and built PhyloGenes, an NSF-funded gene-function tool used by 17,000+ researchers. Co-author of “The Arabidopsis Information Resource in 2024” (Genetics). BOSC 2024 organizing committee.
